Where Are the Tile Descriptions??? Any Mods for this?

i am just wondering if any one knows of a mod that makes tile descriptions possible? has anyone else noticed that its immposible to get info. on which kind of terrain you are walking on?? also i think perhaps there is a bug in the game with ALL "boots of travel". they dont seem to make your hero go any further. i go the same distance whether or not i am wearing any boots. lol its ridiculous. i paid 25,000 gold for some stupid boots that dont do anything. at least as far as i can see....

They do increase your movement,but since movement is calculate on the begining of the day,removing them,or putting them on afterwards makes no difference.

Id also like to see a mod with terrain info.
