Sometimes I think I know about every single version of any Heroes game released ... and get proved wrong promptly:

What, for God's sake, is _that_?

I'm just being curious ...

I think it's an old deluxe edition of the game distributed by 3DO (judging from the now obsolete Might and Magic Guild membership). The box shot looks familiar. I think it would only be of historic interest today -- better pick up Heroes IV Complete instead.
I'm on Steam and Xbox Live.
