Shipments from Ubi

The new Heroes games produced by Ubisoft. Please specify which game you are referring to in your post.

Shipments from Ubi

I ordered Heroes V Limited edition last week (17May) from the Ubi store, and I haven't recieved an email saying that it has shipped yet. All the "My Orders" part of my Ubi account says is that it "Processing".

Does anybody know when to expect the US releases to ship?

The US games are supposed to be shipped today, May 23rd. I just got my email this morning from Ubi … so hopefully, I'll be playing by Thursday.

Got my email today, supposed to be here on the 24th, but I'll be at work :(

It is now 5 pm here on the East Coast of the U.S. and I still haven't received any e-mails saying it was shipped. The Ubi page still says Processing as well.

Real nice considering I placed this order over a month ago.

I just called because I still had no notice and the guy said they don't even have the game in stock to ship out. They are HOPING to have it today or tomorrow.

You are friggin' Ubisoft! How do you not have your own game in stock?

OK I've got to admit that's really shi@ty ... I'm in basically the same boat you are though ... I'm still waiting for my copy to show up. IIRC I preordered exactly 1 month ago.

I ordered the limited edition on April 23rd as well. Still no email saying it has been shipped, however a friend of mine that I believe ordered after me, has recieved such an email with his tracking number.

I went to Best Buy in Peabody, MA. location & picked up my Limited Edition DVD copy. Someone posted that BB "might" not get them. Well...They are there! Also...The normal CDROM version was being stocked on the shelf as I was walked in. Just an FYI. Also had a 12% off coupon that I received in the mail last week.

BTW...The other night I tried to order from Ubisoft website (free S/H) & I kept on getting timed-out. So...Maybe I'm just lucky because I thought BB was going to get them until later this week.

I now have a FedEx tracking number. No email. FedEx has no information. God only knows what's happening.

I also got my Email today [date == May 24th] saying that my order was shipped with a tracking number.

When the Email was sent I suspect that the game was still setting in their warehouse because when I try to track the package nothing comes back to me.

I just called UniSoft and happened to get the supervisor, Harden. He told me that the games did not reach the warehouse on the 23rd and he thinks they may be there today. It seems the untrackable tracking number is the artifact of their shipping process and that a 'real' tracking number will come later today. So far, no email here.

I'm in the same boat as Alamar. Got the tracking number late last night, however FedEx doesn't recognize it. Looks like what Caradoc found out might have explained it.

Why oh why did I pre-order and not just swing by Best Buy after work? :disagree:

Well, that just saved me a call. I was going to give them a few more hours and then call FedEX and Ubisoft to see what was going on.

I got my e-mail this morning with the tracking number, but like the rest of you it doesn't actually work. Guess we know why now.

Tell me about it. If I had known that the Limited Edition was going to be in stores, then I wouldn't have wasted my time with ordering it online. I thought the whole idea of pre-ordering was so that you would get it first. Silly me for thinking that. :disagree:

As for me ordering from UBI directly was my attempt at rewarding them for:

1. Removing StarForce
2. Delaying the game a couple of months
3. Actually making some attempt to listen to fans

I'll just have to wait but I don't have great hopes that it will be here until Monday or so [after my vacation is effectively over].

I wish that they had set things up so that they shipped the games from there warehouse 1-2 days before they were scheduled to hit store shelves. That would have been quite nice ....

I wish they actually had some brains and made certain to have their own product in stock before the launch date. That would have been quite nice as well.

I'm calling them around noon and if they tell me they still don't have it in and aren't sure it will be shipped today for certain, I'm going to Best Buy and seeing if they have it in stock. This is totally unacceptable!

Got my email yesterday, tracking number worked yesterday (said it was still in IN), says it is on the truck out for delivery to me today (In OR)......we shall see.

I got the email today with a Fedex tracking number, but Fedex doesn't have clue about the package yet.
Preorder a game from Ubi? Never again!
