Where are the Promotion Switching NPCs in MMM?

Hi, I heard there were NPCs that allow characters to switch promotions from Light to Dark and vice versa,
where can find them? and also how to promote to the new Dark Archmage class and Master Necromancer class?

Nvm, I found them in Enroth.
I encountered a bug though, Master Wizard cannot promote to Archmage. :<

Even after clearing the quest, you'd still be stuck in the previous class.
Those NPCs though can clear the title and turn you into either the Light or Dark classes, without having to do the MM7 Promotion quest for the class.
