H5TOE - How do you add one ore more PWL pictures into your map?

I know the forum is a bit dead but if someone sees this and knows the required steps please let me know.

If it does not work, when what happens&does not happen?
Once upon a time when the grass was still green I used to know such things, but the memories arepretty much gone.
