In the walkthrough where you talk about the Tear of Asha and the Shantri key. where do i get the key? and who is my little helper? is it the Orc hero? and what do I do with him?

In the cutscene, it shows you where to go. Check for the Shantiri key right next to that place. It's an object you can interact with. "Your little helper" will appear.
