Where are the files controlling bonus selections in the camp

Where are the files controlling bonus selections in the camp

I have edited these files a while back, but can't remember which files contain the bonus selections for the campaigns.
Would someone direct me to the correct folder/file that controls these bonuses?

I didn't think H6 was able to be edited/modified. Tell me more if it is.
