H3 Campaign Editor Question

Hey all! Trying to make a H3 campaign for the first time to play co-op with my brother. Looks like I have everything figured out EXCEPT how to make the proper scenario a prerequisite. I pull up Scenario 1 in a region, but when I pull up Scenario 2 in the next region, it only gives me some other random scenario as the prerequisite. Help!!!
