Depends which game it is. Either in one of the HoMM forums or the Modmakers' forum should be fine.

Hello,
please for Palm Kingdoms 2 use "Hall of the Heretics" subforum. It's a new game not mod.

Where you will be at it, you may mention also Battlehorn or PK3( if the things moved).

We gladly welcome any information 'bout MM games. Nice to see you. ;)
