Vanadia SOD

Hello:
I've been playing Vanadia SOD, and I've reached an impasse. I need to
find the black tent to progress any farther, and just can't find it. Can anyone give me any assistance?

In case you haven't opened up the map in the editor and ctrl+F'd your way to the keymaster's tents, it's in the bottom middle of the overworld. Due east of the castle town Stampyfort.
