Korbac advancing strange

It is said: Korbac increases the Attack and Defense skills of any Serpent or Dragon Flies he commands for each level he attains after the 3rd level.

Now what i see is after Level gain, Flies receive +1 Defense due to Hero Defense raise but nothing more due to Specialty. Is that OK or bugged?

Afaik that's ok. You do not level up your creature, every time you level up. For Korbac's Specs, the stats should change every 3rd level.
