I've got ten times that on Football manager, since I leave the game running when I leave. ;)
In War: Resolution, In Defeat: Defiance, In Victory: Magnanimity, In Peace: Goodwill.

I have 839 hours. :D
Non-Steam Heroes VI, so tracked via XFire.
And yes, lots of leaving the game running, but me away from the keyboard, or at keyboard, but doing something else. ;)
EDIT: And yes, I go very slow - have not finished the Campaigns yet. I am almost done with 1st Epilogue, then 2nd awaits. :) And I haven't played (or even purchased) the two DLCs yet.

I feel ashamed, because 700 hours is a laugh compared to the hours I've spent on Europa Universalis III for the past year. The hours are so much that I didn't even dare to look at the numbers on steam.

(And yes, I have a full time job at which I work 9-10 hours a day).

I dont think i could play one game for that long without getting bored...

My bro on the other hand has 840 hours of DOTA2 on Steam... and he's only switched from DotA a little over a year ago... i dont even want to know how many hours he put into that one.

Yeah, I imagine if you finish the Heroes VI (single-player) campaigns in 2-3 weeks time (which is easily possible) your interest in the game may decline rapidly. :)
Of course, if the game has good multiplayer (which Heroes VI does not, unfortunately), things could be different - I mean StarCraft II, Command & Conquer series, Civ V/etc. :)
May the Implosion be with you!
