Pirates - 2nd map - where is the blacksmith ?

hello guys,
i'm currently playing the Pirates of the Savage Seas expansion and i've finished it but without finding the Dwarf blacksmith which is a secondary objective to get the final object of the Pirat costume...
can anybody tell me where he is (very well) hidden ?

He should be on island above your "starting" town (the one you need to capture after you leave whirpool):

thanks a lot, that's it, but i was looking for a hero and not for a building, and all my heroes alrendy went to this blacksmith so i didn't try to send them back here....
