I don't get it, how can a few thousand succubi kill 4 million dragons, even with an imp wall like that? What kind of an attack stat did the hero have? It should have taken the succubi far more then just a few turns to kill 4 million dragons.

Was there a bunch of dark magic involved as well or something?

Probably played the match several times, as well. It also shows how much of an imbalanced game certain spells produced in previous Heroes games.

How can you deploy 11 troops on a battlefield?

Demon Lord > Inferno > Gating. Hero Inferno still has the ability to "summon reinforcements gate".
