hero 5 TOTE version 3.1 balancing ideas

For everyone who is still playing hero 5 until now , i want to make a balancing mod for hero 5 so i am asking for your advices.
REMEMBER THAT a mod can only change the game mechanics and it is unable to make a entirely new thing

for example, i change arch-angel ability to resurrect allies , child of the light , aura of bravery in order to make is more powerful .

"an angel in a battlefield can improve the morale of the troops and since angel is the symbol of light , all kinds of light magic will affect them " it feels like more angelic right ? of course , the name of the ability is changeable so don't concern with the name .

so i request every fan of hero 5 to give me a good advice in order to make hero 5 more enjoyable .
when i finished the mod , i will upload it here so that everyone can enjoy

all kinds of suggestions is welcome .
Most wanted are the idea of units with new abilities , balancing of spells and skills .

One thing that's always bugged me is different building costs for some factions to create the same building. For example the dwarf's capital costing 8,000 gold, and it costing 10,000 for just about everyone else.
