Arcane intuition and above third circle spells

if i learn arcane intuition skills can i learn from the enemy whatever spells they have no matter if i have learned destruction skill??
meaning they also help me learn third circle and above of all the school?

and when will i be able to learn different spells of different school of third and above circle?
as i have destruction skill expert and enlightenment expert, and have knowledge 16 and spellpower 10, but i still cant learn of different school. like resurrection, and so on.

will arcane intuition skill help me if enemy have it can i learn from them or not

You can only learn those spells for which you have the learned the appropriate skill. You can't learn resurrection from an enemy if you don't have expert light magic, can't get fireball if you don't have basic destructive magic or higher, etc.
