No chance, after wog start to asking for files which are normally installed then something went wrong during instalation or in the game itself. Repeat the process, ie check your sources and make another clean install....

ok, does it mater if i unzipped all the .rar files first cos i did, should i get them again, but not unzip them?

The wog files are rar files in fact and you should not unzip them really, just check theirs integrity.

And for allinone.zip, yes it needs to be first extracted and then checked like in first point.
