Tribes of the east instalation problem

Tribes of the east instalation problem

I have installed Heroes 5 and Hammers of fate with no problems but when I go to install Tribes of the east I get the error message (an installation support file could not be installed Access denied.
Any ideas.

Tribes is stand-alone. You don't need to install the others first.
In War: Resolution, In Defeat: Defiance, In Victory: Magnanimity, In Peace: Goodwill.

I still can't get Tribes to install with or with out the others.
