In mm6 what are some relics/artifacts' real 'special power'?

In mm6 what are some relics/artifacts' real 'special power'?

such as 'Swiftness', 'Vampiric', 'Shielding' etc.

Swiftness increases your weapon speed, Vampiric heals your character equal to the damage he does, and shielding halves the damage dealt from ranged attacks.

It heals 1/5 of whole damage done by character.
