TOTE Multiplayer problem

Hello,

I did not find any clear answer on my issue, so I'll open a new topic in search for help.
We started a random map (me and two of my friends). After a while the server player was eliminated from the game (by me ;D). The remaining two players were able to play and I was able to save the game.
When trying to create the game from the saved game, the remaining player cannot see the game. (the eliminated player's place is Closed) He can see new games, other loaded games, but not this game.
We are playing TotE 3.1.

We are not able to finish this game? Can you help fix this issue?
