Capybara Games says on their twitter that the game will be released on December 1st.
(Found via RPGamer. Don't know where should I post about it, so I choose the H5 forum.)
Also, the game is getting very good reviews. The one that stands out the most is Edge, the British game magazine known for its (relatively) high standard, giving it a 9 out of 10.

For me, this means I'll definitely play the game, if only to see the works of Capybara - they have become the darling of game industry, praised by everyone for their art and game design.
EDIT:
A rather informative interview at IGN:
http://ds.ign.com/articles/104/1048549p1.html
According to the interview, the story of Clash of Heroes is "a quirky story" conceived by Capy themselves. So it actually has a chance to be significantly better than the garbage conjured by Ubi's writers. (If I'm not mistaken, the script of Clash of Heroes is still written by them.)
Clash of Heroes to be released on December 1st
All good news. Personally, I have nothing but sympathy and good wishes for Capybara - they're genuine, they've worked themselves damn hard and clearly just want to deliver a quality game, but I'm afraid Ubi's absolute failure to promote it and the whole "perversion of Might and Magic" thing probably isn't going to work in their favour commercially.
It is a real shame since it's clear they are great, innovative guys.

Here's the YouTube trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wccV45fsoJI
Not sure if this is the same trailer that was posted earlier. It might be. Anyway, I guess one positive is if this puzzle game takes off, it might foster interest in the series proper.

PA mentions it, so who cares what we think.
A copy of Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes arrived in the mail yesterday - we were not expecting it, and we had never heard of it, and I set it on the side of my desk with the intention of placing a cup on it.
The cup scenario may have held firm, in fact, if I had not idly flipped it over to assess it, in the manner of a gourmand surveying a greasy Denny's brochure. The tiny shots on the back implied something strange - I saw "tactics," and "turn-based," but more than that I saw armies arrayed against one another on the top and bottom screens in oddly shaped legions almost Galagan in nature. And there, near the copyright information at the bottom, was the symbol that changed everything: three azure rodents. The mark of Capybara Games, purveyors of puzzle amusements that I have come to trust.
