It would also give a small boost to Devils. I always wondered why bad luck was left out of the game.

Hexen! Oh, this game was great! But the above posters are right: use DosBox if you want to play it properly. There's even a config file with an autoexec.bat section where you can enter all of the mounting commands. This saves you the trouble of typing them each time you want to play the game. Have y...

At what point the game started to be icky? It's possible to track it to some point in the story? For me, it crashed as soon as the opening cut scene started. After, turning the resolution to it's lowest settings, I was able to play the game. However, after about five minutes of game play, the game ...

Sadly, the game keeps crashing on me and restarting my computer. :( Which I find odd since the demo ran fine. I've contacted tech support, but we haven't been able to resolve the issue yet.

I was a big fan of KB:TL and I'm really excited about the Armored Princess. Which is saying a lot because there aren't a lot of games out there these days that get me excited.

For online play to work they need to already have LAN code... and the battle reports are probably not done online either... so it takes more effort to remove LAN then have it, so no, it's not a pain at all. I agree this is probably the case. They are intentionally removing LAN capability. This is a...

Ahh, I just stumbled upon this thread. Is the link for Map Haven permanently down? Or is there some alternate location to download these excellent maps?

Corribus - truly outstanding work. I've thoroughly enjoyed playing through the first few maps of this campaign!

That's a good point, I completely forgot about that one. Yeah, it's not a surefire tactic, but it's great when it works. :D

Good idea. You might also want to consider going after Magic Resistance (Luck) and Distract (Shout).

I was wondering, since if I ever start playing Myth and Legend, I'd want to have the best town. Actually Inferno is a bit underrated. If there's many Inferno towns on map, the faction becomes ridiculous with Castle Gate. It costs no movement points to warp between other Inferno towns and you can ha...

As I remember, you can choose to go for the army or the Crown, but not both, right? That being said, I think going for the army is the easier route here. The crown is a nice artifact for sure, but those extra creatures will make your life a whole lot easier in the final map. Since you're a veteran H...
