I think I have missed something in the 7th map. I have released Ramona from prison and need to kill the high commander, how and where is he? Is he standing at Barmina? I can´t get into that city - how do I do this?

I can´t get into Barmina, I have released Ramona. All I need to do is kill the high commander, but he stands outside Barmina, doesn´t he? What have I missed? Please help

Am very new to this, but needs help with map 7? in dragon´s fate. Have freed Ramona, but can´t get in to Barmina (it is here I can find the high commander, isn´t it?)
