I stopped playing DotA shortly after I became "leet" enough to play it. The people who play it generally are extremely elitist and are some of the very worst people on battle.net.

Nebs is correct. Since he teleports, he can hit most places, but if you place him on either edge of the field, he cannot teleport to the opposite corner in one turn. Worst unit looks...probably normal gargoyles. Unit that fails the most...well, probably the devil/arch devils, although if you can ge...

I like the Fire school. Berserk, Frenzy, and Bloodlust are all pretty cool. I wouldn't rank fire the most powerful, obviously. I think it may be the "weakest" school, but it's really fun to me. I like getting it when using Stronghold heroes. After that I'd have to say Air is my next favori...

Devil/Arch Devil without a doubt. In Heroes 3, it could teleport anywhere on the battlefield, it had stats appropriate for a Tier 7 unit, and reduced enemy luck. In Heroes 5, it has no movement range, no luck reduction, and it just feels weaker than it should be. I could say the same about all Tier ...

I haven't played for more then half a year, but now that summer is about to start, I will have a LOT more free time and I think that beach, wow, and going out can fit now.Blizzard promises some high lvl instances like dunemaul, that will involve 5-10 ppl.And thats what I want, I'm a PVPer, but not ...

I found World of Warcraft to be a generally bad game. Not bad in the general gameplay of how you did quests and leveled and distributed talent points, etc., but in the community component. As with almost all online games, you have to put up with the 90% of the internet that is 12-16 year old kids (o...

I like the Necropolis in H5. Sure it could be seen as cheesy, but the glows and smoke/fog effects serve to give the creatures an otherworldly appearance, rather than literally looking like walking bones or a floating robe. My favorite model in the game is actually the Wraith/Wight.

I am inspired to boot up Fallout 2 and make a gambler/smooth-talker character. It will be my first non-combat oriented character. This should be interesting.

Another thing to do if you are the unscrupulous type, is to use the exploit in San Francisco where you steal all the coins of either of the two shopkeepers (the ones with all the tables in their shops that you browse), then use those coins to pay for goods you want. Why bother with the exploit? Pum...

Heroes II only because Heroes I wasn't mentioned. I personally enjoyed the story for it quite a bit. Both in-game and out. Even though the in-game story part was kind of weak, it was my first HoMM game (to play), so it scores high for introducing me to the world, and it did a damn fine job of it, I ...

I was able to hire an Academy hero in the Necromancer campaign. He kind of sucked though. He was level 21, had Expert Academy skill, Arcane Omniscience, and nothing else.

I disagree in general, which is only natural, since I really enjoy Heroes V. The review comes off as pretty negative in general, which is fine. I like reading reviews that aren't all about covering up a game's flaws. I don't agree with your analysis of the factions, and I would expect a bit more det...

I just clicked on one of the images to enlarge it, and it actually brought up a picture that had a bunch of (I assume) Russian lettering, but it said "Heroes of Might and Magic" in English. The picture had some kind of dragon, a knight, and a sky blue looking background Weird, I'll see if ...

I thought it was pretty horrible how the stories in Starcraft and Warcraft 3 matched up so much. It's one thing to have factions and political intrigue, as well as the hero turned villain, but Lich King -> Overmind, Arthas -> Kerrigan, that's a bit too close of a parallel. The Lich King took over A...

Ah the Enclave. The only way I've ever been able to minimize losses there was to sneak in the first time and grab all the power armors I could. I believe theres a Mk II, and some "normal" power armors around. Then I'd head on down to San Fran and get as many from there as I could, load up ...
