I was reading that post about your favourite hero speciality and decided to post a more general topic about what skills magic or might or mixed type of heroes should have. I still cant deiced which skills to choose or whih are more useful cause of lack of experience so your reasoning with the set of...

OMG that was a hard choise to make! I really like mino king for them being fast and dealy. But i had to go with Pit lords for the reason that they will be or should i say will make bread and butter of the infrno army for the ability to spawn demons ... which in the late game might be very effective....

The combat skill is as normal skill as it can be and with comparison to others it si not outbalancing. Basicaly it didnt change the aproach of building a hero it stayed the same as in heroes 3.... all heroes would have the combat skill

Well i played eralier in Heroes 3 for few years then was carried away by counter strike competion..lol

Can anyone explain what WOG pathc/mod is all about ? Before i download it ^^

Vampire lords can be invinsible during a battle because they regenerate really good and non retalition ability makes them almost level 5 creature. Basically you have to shoot them down before going into closecombat...hmm i did not test them against level 5 creatures, would be really cool to see the ...

HMM woaw did not know that about difficulty on impossible lol.... well actually how did you manage to check that?

One more question diplomacy chances i hope not affected by difficulty?

hmm lets see i would compare heroes 3 and 4 and i can say in4th the Ai was really good in calculating movement and summoning and stuff like that which sometimes surprised me as almost cheating hehe,,,, in 3th the Ai is rather good its mean and it tries to trian his main hero for good and you cant fi...

i gave a vote to Dungeon cause of academy and mana vortex thing... very useful for the might heroes... but if the game comes to multiple castles then it must be inferno cause of the gates... basicaly inferno will win in this pole at least should of the sick bonus of teleportation among friendly infe...

8| ohhh i didnt know there was a difference in those editions.. i thought only different companies produced the CD's... i think i ordered heroes 3 complete but not sure who made it.... can you tell me if its from 3DO or ubisoft? because manufacturer i think says 3do but they were all shut down long ...

:devil: heroes 4 is the worts version of heroes. the reason is dramatic change in battle structure 5 levels only of creatures per castle (almost)... and impossible calculation druing the combat--- cause no grid and battlefield was reduced again. And the way creatures looked that was in some way disg...

:baby: I am not 100% sure that the AI behavior will change after hard but on impossible computer starts mixing armies more ofthen to make it really powerfull like 2 7th types of unites plus blind gets really in Ai head when comes to battle. Plus Ai tries to make his main hero extremely trained arrou...

Again this win XP ... make another particion based on win 98 or so and when u play heroes u will have to use that particion only.


I recently had bunch of problems with fresh hardware and old games they will not run because of the heavy incompatability issue. Good luck.
