next you should show stats for neutral creatures and what all the neutral creatures are.

the minotarur kings stats aren't very good compared to the next creature it'sa attack and defense should be higher not to mention the hp's and damage.

4-10 damage

attack 8

defense 5

hp 40

is more like what it should be.

medusa neutral again? huh just like in h2. I have to admit I would have liked the beholder being in instead of one of those dark elf units, maybe move the cave lizard rider to level 2 take out that uninteresting female unit and put the beholder at level 4 but that's just me.

yes there are 4 dark elf units...ugh!!!! 2 I can handle but four uhh...no. Where are the beholder and medusa i wonder?? neutral units at best if not probably expansion pack.

I am both interested and disappointed with this new town I really liked the H3 town but this is still interesting. At first I was really disappointed (for the first 10 seconds or so) but I kinda like it now although I think the positions of deep hydra and the witch thing should be switched.

I hope the inquisitor looks better than the priest the halo thing around his head doesn't look all that good. I really like the way the h3 priest and zealot looked I don't really care for the new look all that much.

I'm worried about the battlefield size too atleast if you want a fast game you can use the battlefield depends on size of army thing, If you want your normal leisurely paced game then you can turn the previous option off. Then have it be the same size proportion as say heroes 3.
