You need MMAchive to extra the textures and they are in Bitmaps.lod.

Afaik this is a vanilla mm7 problem and has nothing to do with any of the 2 mods. At least with the latest patch version, nothing of the sort occurs in MM7. What does happen is the party is rotated the wrong way on arrival because of an engine bug, but it's still on the pier. What I think is happen...

Yes, because you are going to need them. You should not go into some areas until your party is well developed. These games should take months to finish. Because it takes time to develop your party strange enough to handle some of these areas.

About the fire guild, that is a minor bug, and I have no idea why that is happening. The altars are there with there original locations.

What is localization? Does it have to do with languages? If it does, than yes. But someone will have to translate The text for all the quests that I added.

For now I'll stick to KTCS (Barbarian Thief Acolyte Mage ) and get to know this mod better as I do like the changes (except the free bows of carnage). Might even delay promotion quests after completing courier quests (or atleast not turn them in) to see how strong a pre-first-promotion party can be...
