Your fourth sacrificed hero should be Ornella. Just make sure you don't leave some precious artifacts or army with her before she's gone. I think, after you defeat all blue castles, she is dispensable.

That's not the way to reach teal territory. You should be walking just south of the green city, in 11 position on the map. You should be in the water with horse's legs and summon the boat using the spell Vessel of Shalassa (buy the talisman in town).

Why can't you attack the town? Are some caravans blocking the way? If so, you should attack the caravans first.
