Ryder got what I was saying. I do want to play the game, and have been following it closely. What I do not like is Ubisoft's ineptitude. As Ryder said, it is baffling. And you spelled "tried" wrong. Try it with an "i" next time.

Their handling of the collectors edition in the U.S. (or the complete lack thereof) is seriously making me consider if I will buy this game. If they can't get a collectors edition to those fans who are stateside; then I seriously hope this game bombs and Ubi ends up having to sell the franchise. No ...

I actually enjoyed playing the ones that I could find. I look forward to the next GOG sale. Hopefully this summer during their Staycation promotion.

The gold seems right, 8,000 from cities plus 500 from a hero to make 8500. The wood is probably just a dev. test. I would not worry about it.

The southwest island makes it look like the necro fog of war ability is back. Notice the mine at the top of the island.

I am really surprised that H5 was the best selling. Must have been in Europe. Cause nobody here in NA knows about it. :/

And that bit about JVC turning down the lead just broke my heart. I think that is where it all went wrong. I had so much respect for JVC, now my heart is bleeding.

FYI, the screenshot of the day has finally been updated again (on the official forums).

I was actually looking forward to a summer of heroes. Now it will be released when life is back in full swing. While I am glad if it means a better game, this will make the rest of my life harder.
