The expansion for Heroes VI - "Shades of Darkness" is available for pre-order from various vendors, including the Ubishop and our personal favourite: Amazon (UK shop here).

Remember that you have to buy the complete edition if you want all the campaigns - the expansion only comes with the bonus material, although it can be played without buying the original game first.
