Official forum member smith-b-d has written some great guidelines for version 2 of the unofficial tweaking utility for Heroes of Might and Magic V, created by cjd. This tool has been online for a while already, and has helped many people get a better performance in the game and to reduce the computer turns. In smith's post you will find a short description of what some of the more obsure graphic settings do and suggested values for these settings. The tool can be downloaded from Maps4Heroes.com.
