The Czech fan site Heroes Centrum now contains an English version. At the moment, only Heroes I and V are covered, but additional sections are planned. The site contains information about the Hammers of Fate add-on, including a list of the new artifacts, archived information about the base game (fan art, wallpapers, developer interviews) and a brand new English forum.
