With all the hype around Heroes V, it's unfortunately easy to miss the work on the previous games. For instance, the two very pretty screenshots found on the Equilibris site:


On the left, you have Easter island statues surrounded by fog, one of the environment effects the Equilibris team is working on. On the right a stand-alone tavern that offers a choice of heroes similar to the tavern in the Academy town. There's a discussion about those new screenshots in the forums.
