1UP has a new interview with Arkane Studios' CEO Raphael Colantonio and designer Julien Roby. They talk about character development in the upcoming first-person action game and how players will interact with their environment. They explain how Valve met with Arkane at the E3 and what opportunities working with the Might and Magic franchise provides.

There is also a video version of the interview as well as a gameplay movie showing a lot of combat and some of the creatures you will face. Both movies can be played using Flash alone, which I thought was very convenient.
