Jonathon Bjork, director of Games Development at DGA Games, has replied to some fans on the official forums who expressed dismay that the release of the Heroes V game would mean that there would no longer be support for the Heroes IV license. He assured people that that wasn't the case, that wider distribution for the previous game is still being implemented and that expansions for the game are being planned. He stressed that the two games are different and are meant to appeal to a different audience.
