Fabrice posted a list of players in the official forums who have been involved in the Closed Beta, and are being granted lighter NDA rules so that we can help people with questions concerning the Open Beta.

The primary goal for these people is to assist the community managers in answering questions and concerns with the open beta.

It is good to see Ubisoft taking a proactive approach to making sure that the Open Beta starts smoothly, and continues that way.
