On the official forums is an announcement about the closed beta test being delayed until next week: "I hope you will understand that we prefer to have you wait a little more and hand over a better game version," explains Fabrice. "We could have started at the end of this week, but this is too risky right before the week end : we wouldnt be able to react to problems."

Acceptance emails will be sent when the beta starts instead of a few days ahead of time. Let's hope Ubisoft will spend as much time polishing the final game as it does finalizing the beta code.
