Voodoo Extreme has posted a link to an article taken from a French newspaper Les Echos. The article discusses the possibility of Ubisoft agreeing to a takeover by EA if the offer is large enough.

Guillemot, Ubisoft's CEO, is quoted as saying "We are not safe from a hostile action from Electronic Arts, which it would be difficult to block if they make a genuinely interesting offer,"
