A Dutch gaming site has the scoop on Ubisoft possibly announcing a new game in the Might and Magic universe at the Leipzig Games Convention on August 17th. This game might be the surprise the Heroes V producer has been referring to earlier this year.

A new Might and Magic RPG would not be such a surprise after all. Ubisoft is probably trying to maximize its investment in the Might and Magic franchise (for which the company paid over 1.2 million two years ago), while still trying to avoid the mistakes of 3DO by staying away from new genres (action games, multiplayer shooter). We should have more information later this month.
