Ahribban summons demon armies to his aid and his goal is to enter the town and eliminate all defenders. If he succeeds, you lose.
At the beginning, there is a magic barrier protecting the walls of Falcon's Reach and preventing Ahribban from entering the city. When the walls are breached, so is the magic barrier.

The goal in the "Freeing the prisoner" battle is to free the prisoner by destroying all enemy troops. At the beginning of each turn, the prisoner suffers damage from the burning light. To win the battle you have to defeat all the enemy stacks before the prisoner loses all his Health and dies.

As revealed in Torre de Marfil's Q&A on March 7th, the Dragon Utopia was one of those things that never made it off the drawing board.
Quite a few fans have lamented the fact that no such structure or feature appears in the game, but who knows what might happen in the future ...?
