If you don't know about them already, .torrent files allow people to distribute files quickly to a huge number of people. Usually, files distributed in this manner are very large, but occassionally they can be smaller.
The distribution of the version 1.1 patches was originally being done by third party sites, which required a login to download the patch. Because of this, and the ease of distribution when using torrent files, The Oracle League created a torrent site specifically for distributing Heroes 5 related files and patches.
The manuals we now have, courtesy of Robenhagen, Gaidal Cain, and Pitsu, are the newest additions to this site. Sure, the files are 5-12 megs, but sharing bandwidth and providing faster downloads to everyone is what .torrents are all about.
So, for those of you who wish to acquire the huge 134-page CH created manual and help others get it as well, you can download the torrent files from the Oracle League's <a href="/http://www.oracleleague.com/documents-d ... wnloads page or the Torrent Tracker site.
Please note that to get the fastest possible download speed, use of a web-seed enabled torrent client, such as Bit Tornado or Azureus is preferred.
