soupnazii wrote:i stick by my idea of dragons as 5th levels in dwarf town. a cyclops as a 7th level (frost giant... Cmon!) and maybe a yeti as either a 4th level. at 6th level would be a dwarven king. if the yeti was 6th it would be first dragon, then yeti, then cyclops, with all the dwarves at bottom. that wouldnt be good so yeti at 4 and dwarf king at 6.
so it would be like this:

1 - blank/blank
2...
3...
4 - Snow Golem (?)/Yeti
5 - Red Dragon/Crystal Dragon
6 - Dwarven Warlord/Dwarven King
7 - Giant/Cyclops (or) Cyclops/Cyclops Lord

i just got the names off the top of my head, so its not great...

this is getting a bit off topic, sorry...
'
sound very interresting but like some peopel said,,leave cyclops and golems out,,they dont match the "dwarves"

ok, swo it would be:

1 - Gnome/Gnome Techie
2...
3...
4 - Snow Mangler/Yeti
5 - Red Dragon/Crystal Dragon
6 - Dwarven Warlord/Dwarven King
7 - Giant/Frost Giant (as much as i dont like tha name...)

giant can work here only because academy decided to use the name colossus. which gives me the idea: maybe Ubi knew they wanted to use the name "Giant" for dwarf town in expansion, which is why they use a different name in academy....

Gnome/ Engineer.
(Footsoldier, shooter)

War Dwarf/ Berserker
(footsoldiers)

Some sort of calvary might fit in Level 3, dunno what.

Ice Hawk/ Frost Falcon
(fliers. Totaly pulled that outta my arse)

Red dragon/ Crystal Dragon
(Footsoldiers, maybe casters?)

Dwarven Knight/ Lord
(Footsoldiers)

Yeti/ Frostgiant.

Maybe? What would dwarven heroes ride?

Maybe something like this could work:

1. Wolf/Winterwolf
2. Crossbowman/Hvy.Crossbowman
3. Initiate/Runelord (spellcaster)
4. Mountain Bear/War Bear
5. Veteran/Berserker (ability similar to wardancer)
6. Wyrm/Frost Wyrm
7. Giant/?

1 - Gnome/Gnome Engineer (sort of like goblins, only more human.)
2 - Dwarf Soldier/Breserker (light armor, double handaxes)
3 - Fros Wolf/Dire Wolf (no riders. big wolves.)
4 - Snow Mangler/Yeti (just what it sounds like)
5 - Red Dragon/Crystal Dragon (as described above)
6 - Dwarven Knight/Dwarven Lord (Heavy armor, battle axes, no mount)
7 - Giant/Frost Giant (Giant- Not jst tall, but big, lke broad-shouldered. with a bushy beard. no shirt and is completely ripped. FG- same only a little bigger, has some light armor, has brass knuckles or heavy metal gloves or something {they only punch, no weapons}. has bushier beard. competely covered by a thin layer of snow. Both have red beards and hair. sort of like a big Hagrid with red hair. they are not as big as colosus or titan. on BF, they would be a bit taller than angels.)

about what the hero would ride -
originally thought of a mountain goat, but that would get them sued by Blizzard. maybe they would just walk, like demons. otherwise, i suppose a grizzly bear or something would do fine...

i have no idea. if you have any better ideas for a name, feel free to make suggestions. until then, it stays Mangler.

How about Snow Beast? Or Abominable Snowman aka Frosty.

abominable snowman is basically what i am going at, but you have to admit, its a terrible name (worse than mangler)

and u cant have yeti upgrade to a frost giant cause their two copletely different things. anyway, i think its a nice lineup aside form some names.

Just use Snow Beast. IMHO mangler is just as bad as abominable snowman.
