Tri-Arenic Tournaments

Unread postby Maciek » Yesterday, 07:53

Hey guys, remember me from some old quizzes? And now for something completely different:
I invite you to a pair of Arena-themed Tournaments in different parts of Heroes!

Presenting a little crazy "Turniej Trój-Arenowy": https://www.h3.gg/competitions/v2/105
and its more classic counterpart, "Tri-Arenic Too": https://www.h3.gg/competitions/v2/106

Both will feature map "Nowa Arena" in Heroes 3 VCMI. That's a different look at the concept of "Arena Konwentowa".
In "Tri-Arenic Too" the list of mods is set in stone, while in "Turniej Trój-Arenowy" you will be able to add your favourite mod to the mix.

Also in both Tournaments we will see Heroes 5.
In "Turniej Trój-Arenowy" as a 3v3 Duel Mode fought with custom-made heroes.
in "Tri-Arenic Too" its place takes a map popular in the Heroes 5 community, "Ashan Arena II", this time played with random heroes.

The "Turniej Trój-Arenowy"'s map pool is completed by "Arena 65k" in Heroes 4. The name comes from the level 65535 Heeroes appearing on that map. The army counts are equally unusual.
The last element of "Tri-Arenic Too" is the "Duel Arena" in Heroes 2. Hard to find a mor old-school map of this type.

The sign-ups are now open and will last until the 11th of November, until the end of the day.
Both tournaments are double-elimination, so there's a Winner Bracket and a Loser Bracket.
In both cases the prize is a lesson with Tyranuxus, a former Heroes 3 Polish Champion and currently a streamer and a teacher of the game.
