Sand news about an ex-Heroes developer

Hello everyone. Just wanted to pass along some sad news. I just heard that David Botan, one of the longest-tenured designers at NWC has passed away. I haven’t heard anything on the cause of death.
He worked on every Heroes game from 1&2 as a tester to one of the main level designers for 3,4 and the compendiums. He also made a bunch of levels for Might and Magic 6.
He was a good friend of mine, and I’m going to miss him dearly. If you’re the praying type, please give him some. And play my favorite scenario of his “Old Heroes” in his honor.

This is a sad news really. David Botan did very beautiful scenarios and at CH we had a small talk with him in the past.

Glory to him and condolence to his family. Thanks for the info Tim.

I would be happy to believe, that for one passed away at least one new hero is born. And so, the balance of the world, is kept.
