You made such a convincing argument about sales of Mirror's Edge that she knows she can't possibly compete.

It seems....but I might be wrong....it just seems like suddenly I'm making enough money to have both. Decent food AND games.
But I could be wrong and am perhaps just fooling myself... :D

I dunno, but SysReqLab says my video card doesn't meet the minimum requirements. But it also says that for Civ4, which I play regularly (on minimum graphics though). So maybe there's something wrong with my DVD or the installer.

But what kind of crappy card does your laptop have to not be good enough for a 4 year old game?

old ones (~5 years) have crappy cards not to overheat.

My old laptop (4 years) has a crappy hard disk -- it has 40 GB (which is "ok") but it is SLOW as hell. Windows XP takes 10 minutes to boot.
All humans do is to go to a place, bountiful of nature, and live there. Then the human multiplies and sucks all the wonders there. They move to the next. There is one thing that works the same way as that: a virus.

My Laptop boots in 20-30 minutes :S because of that bloated Norton Antivirus I have on it (most probably)

I don't have laptop but my old pc boots under one minute, more accurately it's waking up from hibernation and not failing. This is the fastest method to get to the fully working system so up.

We would get more time, but not necessarily the money.

Still looking at that XPS 630...
I'm on Steam and Xbox Live.
