i need some help finding the strange temple for the archmage promotion quest. Any help will be much appreciated.

When you receive the quest, you have to go immediately to the teleporter next to the stables in Bracada; that teleporter will send you to the Strange Temple. You can pause long enough to cast spells and such, but you can't leave the Bracada map without losing the window of opportunity.
Or is it the home portal pedestal nearby the teleporter? Curse my lousy memory...but I'm sure its one or the other of them.
