'Tis truly a sad day. Her works will live on long after this. We'll miss you... I'll miss you. Rest in peace, Erika. May the journey have been worth it.

Sad news... Ihave honestly not played any M&M game or have had much time for it, hard to get the games etc.. But after looking through her sites, I must say she had a really great passion of the series and that alone makes her a legend! R.I.P

Thank you, Flamestryke, for all the work you did on MM.

It's a strange feeling to hear that someone has passed away when all you know of them is a callsign on the web. There's something impersonal and distanced and immortal about it. Sometimes I forget about the person behind the name.
I suppose Ms. Walters will be immortal on the internet as long as Might and Magic still runs on Windows.

I will miss her greatly, She was the grand madam of the Might and Magic games. May she rest in peace.
She was on the Ironworks forum quite a lot. Mostly on the Wizardry 8 page. We did a lot of emailing back and forth.
She told me about her condition and given the number of tumors she was riddled with, her chances were virtually zero.
Looks like her husband still has the home page up for now.
She was a good friend and I certainly miss her.
