ICTC III: Design a faction for HoMM6 (unofficial)

Some of you may remember the previous two - well, a new ICTC is underway and your creativity is required! :D I believe this is unadvertised over here on CH.

The contest is being run by kookastar - see here for more details. As before, we are looking for new towns (or fresh takes on old ones), but there is more freedom this time to come up with the basic game structure that you'd like to see. Deadline is the 19th of March. Enjoy!

Well i've already designed one town... not looking forward to doing it again... but i have nothing against tLD posting it in the contest.
