yeah, it's kinda like being fired, only they pay you a lot of money to go, they're getting rid of about 500 nationally and 100 in the centre I work in, I'm one of those, cause they are shutting down the function that I do, in that centre ....

in this situation, yes .... and there's heaps of other jobs around, so it may work out pretty well

It's a freaking disgrace I know .... I mean there's the movies I watch and the posting I do, and yet I can still manage to do more than most which keeps the chiefs off the back :)

it'll be a hard job to replace though :(

Oddly enough, when I worked for the government I didn't have any problems visiting this site or other videogame related sites. Just had to ok it with my boss. Also got to listen to the music of my choosing. Made the job go by really fast.
