Tear of Asha

I'm having trouble finding the Tear of Asha in Heroes V, The Warlock, The Expansion, despite the fact that the walkthrough shows the location.

The location on my puzzle map looks very much like the location indicated in the walkthrough, but my heroes nor their movement trails show up on the puzzle map.

I seem to remember from playing years ago that the heroes and their trails should show up on the puzzle map.

In addition, one of the heroes versions would give hints if you were close, like try a bit further north.

I have version 1.6.

I had to restart the mission. The Heroes and their trails do not show up on the puzzle map.

I went straight to the Tear (@ 135,111) to make sure it was just a one time thing.
